The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) announces the preparation and availability of the Supplemental Environmental Assessment (SEA) and Finding of No Significant Impacts (FONSI) for the proposed bed tower replacement, clinical building expansion, and JC parking garage additions of the St. Louis VA Medical Center – John Cochran Division located at 915 North Grand Boulevard St. Louis, Missouri. The SEA has been prepared in accordance with the regulations for implementing the procedural provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), (Public Law 91-190, 42 USC 4321-4347 January 1, 1970), amendments, and VA’s Implementing Regulations (38 CFR Part 26).
