County Older Residents Programs (CORP) Tel. 314-615-4516
- Neighbor Driving Neighbor volunteer drivers using their own vehicles transport older adults to and from medical appointments and other high priority destinations at no charge to the customer. Forty-eight to seventy-two hours lead time is requested in order to allow staff members time to arrange the service.

- Free, professional support for anyone affected by cancer. Offers financial assistance for transportation cost associated with treatment for a cancer condition.

- Provides referrals to charitable, long-distance or air medical transportation options.

- Non-profit assistance program for low-income people having trouble paying for gasoline. Application can be made for gas grant cards that range in value from $50 to $1200, depending on need and circumstances. A person’s yearly income must at or below the “very low limit” category as defined by the US Department of HUD.

- Provides volunteers to help care for those who are disabled or face long-term health conditions. The volunteers may assist by providing a ride to the doctor, running errands or just providing company.
