Take I-64/40 East. Exit onto Grand Boulevard. Turn right onto Grand Blvd. The Medical Center is located in Midtown St. Louis at 915 North Grand Blvd. across from Powell Symphony Hall.

From the East

Take I-64/40/55/70 West over the Poplar Street Bridge. Continue in the lanes marked I-64/40 West. Take the Grand Boulevard exit. Turn right onto Grand Blvd. The Medical Center is located in Midtown St. Louis at 915 North Grand Blvd. across from Powell Symphony Hall.

From the North

Take I-270 South to I-170 South. Take I-170 to I-64/40 East. Exit onto Grand Boulevard. Turn right onto Grand Blvd. The Medical Center is located in Midtown St. Louis at 915 North Grand Blvd. across from Powell Symphony Hall.

From the South

From the Downtown St. Louis

Travel south on I-55 from the city of St. Louis. Exit onto I-255 east. Exit I-255 east at Koch Road. Turn left onto Koch Road. Turn right at the entrance to the VA Medical Center St. Louis, Jefferson Barracks Division.

From South St. Louis County

Travel north on I-55 from south St. Louis County, exit onto I-255 east. Exit I-255 east at Koch Road. Turn left onto Koch Road. Turn right at the entrance to the VA Medical Center St. Louis, Jefferson Barracks Division.

From North St. Louis County

Traveling south on I-270 continue onto I-255 east. Exit I-255 east at Koch Road. Turn left onto Koch Road. Turn right at the entrance to the VA Medical Center St. Louis, Jefferson Barracks Division.

From Illinois

Travel west on I-255 from Columbia, Illinois, cross over the JB Bridge and exit at Koch Road. Turn right onto Koch Road. Turn right at the entrance to the VA Medical Center St. Louis, Jefferson Barracks Division.
