Take I-64/40 East. Exit onto Grand Boulevard. Turn right onto Grand Blvd. The Medical Center is located in Midtown St. Louis at 915 North Grand Blvd. across from Powell Symphony Hall.
From the East
Take I-64/40/55/70 West over the Poplar Street Bridge. Continue in the lanes marked I-64/40 West. Take the Grand Boulevard exit. Turn right onto Grand Blvd. The Medical Center is located in Midtown St. Louis at 915 North Grand Blvd. across from Powell Symphony Hall.
From the North
Take I-270 South to I-170 South. Take I-170 to I-64/40 East. Exit onto Grand Boulevard. Turn right onto Grand Blvd. The Medical Center is located in Midtown St. Louis at 915 North Grand Blvd. across from Powell Symphony Hall.
Alternate:

Take I-55 North to I-44 West. Exit at Jefferson Avenue. Turn right onto Jefferson Avenue. Take Jefferson Avenue to Olive Street. Turn left onto Olive Street. Travel south on I-55 from the city of St. Louis. Exit onto I-255 east. Exit I-255 east at Koch Road. Turn left onto Koch Road. Turn right at the entrance to the VA Medical Center St. Louis, Jefferson Barracks Division
From South St. Louis County

From North St. Louis County

From Illinois
