At the St. Louis VAMC we have established a number of procedures to assist you in getting an appointment without a long delay.
To make an appointment with a particular clinic or service, call 314-289-7600. For automated appointment verification, call 314-289-7666. If you would like a listing of your current appointments, please call the Medical Center Recall/Scheduling Center at 314-289-7600.
If you have received written notification that you need to make an appointment in a particular clinic or service, please call the Medical Center at the number provided in the letter.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment, please contact us as soon as you are aware you cannot keep your appointment. This will allow us to reschedule your appointment, and schedule one of your fellow veterans for the original appointment. Call the Recall/Scheduling Center at 314-289-7600.
