For services that may be dialed direct a complete telephone number is given.

For services that have no direct telephone number please call the Medical Center switchboard telephone number and the extension.  The swtichboard will instruct you to put a 5 at the beginning of the extension for John Cochran and a 6 at the beginning of the extension for Jefferson Barracks.  The extension numbers in the listings below already have the required extra extension number.  Do not add another 5 or 6 at the beginning.
